Question about level 10 chocolate chip cookie

Hi! So you’re supposed to toast the bread and all purpose flour and then add in untoasted spelt flour later. I stupidly toasted all of the flour including the spelt flour. Should I start over or do you think it’ll be alright?

Hi! I’m mostly seeking advice on whether to include both date related filters, or to only include either months or years. I’m also seeking on how to make those filters, as I think they look clunky, as well as the rest of the visualization more aesthetically pleasing.
