Hello friends! I shared my 6 month progress, and wanted to share my 12 month progress as well. Starting weight was 303, current weight is 211.4.

It has been a year of trial and error and listening to my body. Tirz has been life changing for me in so many ways and I’m so thankful I have access to it.
