Hi all, I’m considering buying an apartment in Spencer Dock, Dublin 1, but I’m aware there are ongoing remediation/fire safety works.

I’m hoping to hear from anyone who owns there, has recently bought there, or is currently sale agreed.

A few questions:
\- Are banks currently lending on apartments in Spencer Dock?
\- If you obtained a mortgage recently, which lender approved it?
\- Approximately how much are the annual management fees for a 2-bed apartment?
\- Is there anything else a prospective purchaser should know before proceeding?
