3 years into Sales Ops / CRM work/Contracts, feeling a bit lost on where this leads

Putting this out there because I've been going back and forth on this in my head for a while and wanted to hear from people doing similar work.

**Quick background:** I started my career as an inbound sales representative at a previous company (an app development firm), then moved into my current company about a year ago, where I work in the sales department but my day to day is more operations and systems than traditional sales. Over the last roughly 3 years, here's what my work has actually looked like:

Managing contracts, drafting SOWs,NDAs,MSAs etc and keeping that language accurate and up to date.

Owning our CRM end to end, including data hygiene, dashboards, and forecasting reports.

Building and maintaining Power BI reports for sales pipeline and forecasting.

Lead management and CRM based process improvements.

More recently, my role has shifted to focus almost entirely on the CRM side: dashboards, CRM administration, weekly forecasting reports, and working closely with our CRM developers on automation and continuous improvement projects.

So I sit somewhere between sales support, CRM administration, business systems, and contracts, and I'm genuinely not sure what to call it or where it's supposed to go next. I've been thinking my title should be something like Sales Operations Senior Analyst, but I'm not confident that's right either ( right now its just sales support).

**A few things I'd love honest input on from people in similar roles:**

What does the career growth path actually look like from a role like this?

What skills would you say are worth polishing or picking up to actually get good at this and move up, not just get by?

Given what I've described, what would you call this role? Does Sales Operations Senior Analyst sound right, or is there a more accurate title for this kind of work?

Genuinely curious how people who've been through this figured out their next step.

**TL,DR:** \~3 years of experience, moved from inbound sales at a previous company into a sales/CRM operations role at my current company (contracts, SOWs/MSAs, Dynamics 365
CRM ownership, Power BI dashboards and forecasting, now leaning fully into CRM and automation). Unsure what the growth path looks like from here, what skills to focus on, and what the correct job title for this role actually is. Currently think it's Sales Operations Senior Analyst but open to correction.

Got BenQ EW270Q for ₹16,235

I’ve been wanting a good monitor for my WFH setup for a very long time, and I’ve been eyeing this particular one for a while, especially because it has both Type-C charging and display output.

Finally pulled the trigger and got it for ₹16,235 with the Flipkart Axis CC discount + cashback.

Use case: Primarily office work.

P.S. I don’t game as of now, but I’m happy it supports gaming too. So if my friends come over and we feel like gaming, we’re covered!
