Can someone please ID this? I am in central North Carolina and a friend found this in her back garden. Looks like it's most likely a trapdoor spider, but I'm really not sure. I don't want to sound foolish, but it looks a lot like an escaped funnel web...

Using Holiday Pay for Sick Time
Had a few days of being very sick and only had enough PTO/Sick time to cover one of those days.
I know they have a policy of Holiday Pay only being eligible for days that are scheduled in advance.
Does anyone have experience in going to HR to be able to put some Holiday hours in for days missed for sickness? I have doctor's notes. Just wanna know if anyone's had success on that front.
