This cat has been hanging out in the hallway of my apartment building. It looks healthy and is either lost or dumped.
A neighbor put some water out for it this morning before I saw it. I've posted on my neighborhood board here at Willow Oaks Apartment buildings but management hasn't posted it yet.
We did not shoot it outside because it was so hot. I slid some canned cat food on a plate to it and it sniffed it, but did not eat it.
It has moved very little all day. It did move from one corner of the hall to another corner.
I'm wondering if it's hurt
It doesn't seem terrified of me just very wary.
I'd like to reach out to a rescue organization to see if someone could check on it if it's hurt. I will help pay for cost if it is.
Any suggestions or recommendations are really most welcome.
