I'm looking for schools for my brothers, one will be getting admission in grade 9 (O2 ig) and the other in grade 8 (O1)

1. It should be in B17 or close enough ya phir school ki apni busses hon, mtlb transport issues na hon

2. Co curriculars honay chahyen esp an area for playing and sports, PE classes bhi hon and sports competitions etc

3. Teachers should be cooperative and encouraging, bht schools ka suna teachers bcho ko taunt krteen degrade krteen my bros aren't exceptionally good students bs average/passing marks aty or agr teacher encouraging type na hon tou the elder one esp starts struggling alot we've changed 2 or 3 schools for the same reason

I'm currently doing 4th year in a gov institute away from my home so currently am a hostellite

Now alot of people are suggesting that I do my housejob in my hometown and I ignore them coz it's better to do it at your parent institute as far as I've heard

2 doctors have suggested that if I plan on doing fcps I should do my housejob in the place where I'm gonna do my residency so I can build connections

So how true is that?

Also what do they mean by place? If they mean the same city then I don't know how it'll make much difference. If they mean the same institute then what's the guarantee that I'll get inducted into the same institute as where I do my housejob? Inductions are so competitive

And there's no way that I'll do my housejob unpaid so I also need to know what are the chances of me getting a paid housejob in a government institute in isb

I just need proper advice and guidance from someone who's in the profession, particularly someone that's done their housejob recently and is maybe practicing as a resident currently
