How do I install newRetiled .appx on Windows 8.0?

I've seen that there have been newRetiled patches for Windows 8.0 metro apps, and I'm wondering if and how I can install them. Here is the link for the newRetiled default application patches if you know how to install .appx files on Windows 8.0 already.

Any ACTUAL patches for Windows 8.0 Store?

I am looking for Store patches for Windows 8.0 (not third-party applications like OctoStore), if anyone has the tutorial for it, I would greatly appreciate it.
