IQVIA Eli Lilly

Had a 3rd interview and they decided to not move forward… and I am actually thrilled. I was going to cancel the interview due to all the negative comments on here but was afraid it would keep me from being considered for other CRA 1 positions there.

The interview itself was one of the most dreadful experiences.

I have been trying to move from a CRC to CRA for a while now, especially with IQVIA because of my experience with IQVIA CRAs being so incredible. I hope that not making it past this interview doesn’t keep me from other ones!

Bruh what should I do now

7 years as a CRC.
The last two years I’ve done wayyyyyy more than what a CRC does due to company not having standardized roles and responsibilities in upper management.
Recently laid off, and I don’t want to CRC anymore. However I don’t know what I want to do other than I don’t want to travel more than once a month. I enjoy pouring into people, mentoring them, explaining why collected certain data points are important, examples of why documentation a certain way is important etc. Not sure what roles to look into. Part of me wants to become an electrician but it would be a waste of the ethics and dedication to patient safety and data integrity I bring to the table. Senddddd HALP.
