I have been on and off projectile vomiting for 3 weeks and yesterday I think I figured out that it might be dairy! Thank you if you read my whole post, I’m so lost and confused right now!

I have Crohn’s and dairy has always been a safe food for bad days, leaning heavily on things like yogurt, milkshakes etc because they are easy to get down. Or, they were. Seems I woke up about 3 weeks ago and from nowhere I’m now unable to eat dairy! If I eat a tiny bit, like a spread of butter on toast I’m fine. Eat a little bit more, I’m nauseous, if I have something like a yogurt or shake you can absolutely bet I will be violently throwing it back up within the hour, and quite possibly also multiple times even after my stomach is empty. From looking online it seems I might be suffering from a GI tract only allergy, eg it’s not an intolerance because I have no other gut symptoms but also not a full allergy because it literally is just the vomiting. Google suggests FPIES??? Apparently rarer in adults than children but it seems to fit exactly what I am experiencing in every way.
The question, is this possible that I’m suddenly allergic? And what do I do now? Everything seems to have dairy in it. I am completely overwhelmed, my entire diet needs a complete overhaul and I’ve lost all of my safe foods!!! I will see a GP but in the meantime it seems sensible to cut dairy out very strictly, see if it helps and then work out whether I can reintroduce some low dairy dairy things (like biscuits or cakes which technically have dairy but not much). Please , any advice?
