I'm post grad in my early 20s, I have a good job here working in healthcare. I absolutely LOVE Santa Barbara, but realistically I'll never be able to buy a home and settle down here. I'll probably move before I have kids. Has anyone found a city they love just as much as SB?

I live in the oak park neighborhood (closer to downtown area) and I currently have T-mobile home internet and Mint Mobile for my phone plan. My wifi is constantly going out, and when I try to use my data I have no service in my apartment. I've found that Mint is pretty spotty throughout SB. Does anyone in this area have recommendations for fast but still decently affordable internet and phone plans? Thanks!!
