I’m getting sued for something my insurance already paid off long time ago.
This dumb beotch is trying to sue me for an accident that happened a year ago. I had insurance we switched info when the cops showed up she left saying she was fine and just wanted to switch insurance info. My insurance paid her off like 12000 but now she’s trying to sue me personally for 200000 bc the accident supposedly left her crippling injuries… her Facebook shows her fine and well. I’m unemployed been unemployed since way before that accident. What will be the consequences if I just act like I never got served. Also the insurance I had at the time was just canceled bc my parents couldn’t pay for it anymore. I can’t afford a lawyer can anyone advise me on how to go about this? I planned on calling the courts tomorrow feeling them basically the same info I just left on here

Update: my parents haven’t shared the insurance company info yet I will remind them tomorrow, but they did share the fact that the insurance paid her for her personal injuries due to the fact that it was a small fender bender and her car received no damage!!
