Ive been doing night shifts for 6 years as a wellsite geo. The work is interesting. 12hr shifts from 6pm to 6am for 7-14 days depending on the project. Lately night shifts have been getting to me. I fkn hate it and im a Jr member in my company so no option to switch to days.

If you do nights how do you cope on either on or off the job? Any advice for switching roles or careers that maybe doesnt have a 12 hr night shift? Literally anything im feeling desperate at this point and out of ideas.
