What Halloween Parties are there at Binghamton that don't require ID on the 30th or 31st. Pls help a girl out.
I'm a freshman at bing this year and I want to pop out for halloween but I don't have an id. The tickets are also hella expensive but the most important part is that I don't have a id and I don't wanna spend a billion bucks on one.
