Is she a Lhasa?

Hello, I have a three months old female puppy that was adopted as a Shih Tzu, but I don't really think she is one. My worry is, I think she is too big for three months, I don't know how Lhasa growth works. Any help is welcome! She is very cute and playful too.

I feel extreme nausea because of smells

Hello, I am a 18 years old man, with 1,60cm and 54kg. I never had serious physical medical issues and I am worried about what's happening with me.

For about 3 months now I have been attacked by an intense nausea that sometimes makes me throw up because of things that smell too strong, it doesn't matter if it's good or bad, but they give me instant nausea. It's something that's interfering with daily things like when I go microwave a food, the smell of cold food makes me throw up almost instantly, and it's not even rotten food.

I have to swallow my own vomit multiple times a week because of strong smells, and I don't know why I suddenly developed this hypersensitivity to smells and I've never felt anything like this before. Even the smell of anything sweet can make me throw up instantly.

I really wanted to know if there's something I can do about it, I asked my dad who is a psychiatrist about it and he didn't really know what to answer. So any help is welcome, feel free to ask questions.
