Should I let my work throw me a going away party?

Hi, I’m a courtesy clerk and I was wondering if I should let my job throw me a going-away party? Because, I’m gonna be 100% honest I really don’t like having a lot of random attention put on me at work. It’s just super weird. I love to socialize with my coworkers and stuff. I don’t like the thought of them throwing me a party. It’s a bit too extreme. If I wanted them to throw me a party, so be it, I’ll let them… But, I would rather go out and get lunch or dinner with some of my coworkers that I’m close to instead of having the whole company go crazy over the max. It’s just something I never thought would really bother me until now. I’m moving soon just don’t know the date yet. But, am I overreacting?! What do I say or do? I’m very grateful for it. I would rather be working and not be disrupted from my job. Plus, they're going out of their way. I know they do that stuff because they show their appreciation to their workers and stuff… I just don’t know anymore….

I’m a 21-year-old female working at this place. I’d like to figure out how to leave this place. I’m moving soon to another state. They mistreat me like crazy. And, I don’t like it at all. I feel like I don’t even belong in this workplace. I’m very friendly with the workers and customers. I struggle to stay on top of my tasks. The management turnover rate is very high. I don’t feel comfortable working there anymore. I’m a courtesy clerk and they keep arguing with me because I’m supposedly not working hard enough for them. I have a few disabilities and that makes it harder for me to work. I sometimes need extra time to work on my tasks. I have an alarm set for every hour to help me stay focused and locked in at work. They won’t accommodate me very well. I’m overwhelmed by all of this. Also, on a side note 2 weeks ago somebody at my job died from a heart attack. Gives me all the more reason to leave the place even more…. I’m struggling with this too. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
