Looking for more open minded neighborhood recommendations.

We recently moved to west Chester and the vibe is just not for our family. Too much conservative politics, F* democrat flags etc and even in the local elections just since moving in.

What are everyone’s thoughts be on more progressive suburbs in Cincinnati? Is blue ash more centrist?

EDIT: thank you everyone for the great food for thought!

Are there any good exit ops?

I’m coming up on a decade in this field and am a senior manager at a good size company, run a small team, and get good exposure to leadership. I don’t mind this job or field in general and enjoy the pay, but it’s just getting kind of boring. Year after year it’s starting to feel like just a new paint job on the same routine even after switching teams / companies.

Are there any interesting adjacent careers / alternative paths you all have walked or seen from fp&a?
