You can now (ALMOST) Entirely rely on the world as your oyster!

Ash clumps have had an upgrade, you can tailor everything to your liking with 200+ potential spawns, You'll never NOT wanna grab these little alien nutsack loot boxes!

We got it all (Nearly):

Chance To Spawn  -- Percentage chance an item spawns when an ash is grabbed (0.0 to 100.0).
Artifact Spawn_Delay -- Time in seconds after grabbing the ash before the item appears.
EnablePhysics  -- TRUE = Item falls to the ground | FALSE = Item floats in place.

-- [ LOOT POOL TOGGLES ] (Set to true to include in the random spawn pool)
Spawn Artifacts -- Vanilla artifacts (Clocks, Cups, Brushes, etc.)
Spawn SmallAmmo  -- Standard small ammo boxes
Spawn LargeAmmo -- Large ammo crates
Spawn Magazines -- Weapon magazines and clips

WELL THAT ESCALATED... (EXPANSION PROTOCOL UPDATE OUT NOW!)

I was getting alota gruff about not being able to customize each individual setting in the base mod, Then i started digging and realized that only some of the changes DIDN'T EVEN WORK, So i redid the whole mod.

I present to you: Tide Escalation: Expansion Protocol

You can now do it all, in any way you please, Check it:

Full customization!
-- 0.05 = 5% increase per tide, 0.5 = 50% increase per tide, Etc.
-- all setting below increase per tide.

-- [ CORE STATS ]
HEALTH INCREASE -- Increases maximum health of enemies.
DAMAGE INCREASE -- Increases damage taken while inside the radius from all sources (This includes fall damage)

-- [ SENSES & AWARENESS ]
SIGHT DISTANCE INCREASE -- Increases how far enemies can see straight ahead.
SIGHT FOV INCREASE -- Widens enemy peripheral vision (field of view).
HEARING INCREASE -- Increases the range at which they hear footsteps and gunshots.

-- [ BEHAVIOR & SPAWNS ]
SPAWN CHANCE INCREASE -- Chance to spawn a duplicate clone of an enemy.

-- [ LIMITS & LOGGING ]
 MAX TIDES -- The Tide count where difficulty stops increasing (Cap).
 MAX EXTRA SPAWNS -- Hard limit on how many clones can spawn from a single enemy (0 disables clones).

 ENABLE DEBUG LOGS -- Prints the exact AI values before and after modification.

You can pick and choose what goes up and by how much per tide, The AI is now at your disposal (Not entirely but pretty damn close)

Post your mod Ideas. (Also update teaser)

The next thing I put out will be an update for No Mag Swap delay, That allows you to toggle your flashlights and laser sights by pressing the stabilization button, And can be set to double tap for laser and once for stability, OR double tap for stability and once for laser/light toggle (Yes it works on all guns and all rails)

What update like this to existing mods or new mods would you like to see.

Try to keep suggestion to mods possible with code, as map edits, changing models or textures or adding/changing sounds aren't really a lua thing. I could do them but they would take me a lot longer to make, and i'm sticking to what i'm efficient at for now.

(UPDATE) Better Movement 2.0: Your movement, the way YOU like it!

Better movement Is now completed, with all the options i wanted it to have. Any future updates would be fixes and potentially overlooked config options that i forgot to add.

With Better Movement 2.0 I've added TON of options, By default are tailored to the experience I want to deliver. You can crawl on the floor, Sit down (As you body no longer goes invisible) Water is less intrusive, Stamina is slight more forgiving, but balanced, and movement speeds have been fine tuned a bit.

(Additions)

Full Customization:
-- [ Base Movement Speeds ] (unchanged from last update, but values tweaked)
WALK SPEED -- Maximum speed while walking normally.
SPRINT SPEED -- Maximum speed while sprinting.
CROUCH SPEED -- Maximum speed while crouched.

-- [ Stamina & Exhaustion ]
SPRINT STAMINA COST -- Stamina drained per second while sprinting.
JUMP STAMINA COST -- Stamina consumed instantly upon jumping.
STAMINA REGEN STANDING -- Stamina regained per second while standing still.
STAMINA REGEN WALKING -- Stamina regained per second while walking.
STAMINA_REGEN DELAY -- Time in seconds before stamina starts regenerating.
STAMINA REGEN DELAY EXHAUSTED -- Time in seconds before stamina regenerates if fully depleted.

BACKWARD SPEED MULT -- Speed penalty modifier when walking backwards (1.0 = no penalty).
JUMP VELOCITY -- The upward force applied when jumping (higher = higher jumps).

UNDERWATER SLOWDOWN -- How much water/swamps slow down your movement.
UNDERWATER JUMP DEPTH -- The water depth at which jumping starts getting affected.
UNDERWATER JUMP STRENGTH -- Jump strength modifier when in deep water (0.5 = 50% of normal).

HANDS MAX LENGTH -- Maximum stretch distance for VR hands before letting go/stopping.
CAM HEIGHT INVISIBLE -- Real-world height (cm) where player body becomes invisible (crouching low)
CAM HEIGHT VISIBLE  -- Real-world height (cm) where player body becomes visible again.
MIN CAM HEIGHT MOVE -- Minimum height (cm) required to be able to move normally. (Lower number Allows "Crawling")
CROUCH ANIM DURATION -- Speed in seconds of the smooth crouching animation transition.

MY NEW MOD MAKE ASH USEFUL!

Are you sick of seeing the interaction icon appear, and it's just a USELESS ash clump? Not anymore! 

Now ash clumps have a chance to spawn an artifact when destroyed (Configurable) As well as control if they have physics when spawned or not.

Full customization!
ChanceToSpawn  -- Percentage chance an artifact spawns (0.0% to 100.0%)
EnablePhysics -- IF True: Artifact falls to the floor | IF False: Artifact floats
Artifact Spawn Delay -- Time in seconds before spawn (incase you don't like the timing of when the artifact spawns)

FOG CONTROL UPDATE JUST DROPPED! WE HAVE WEATHER! Sorta...

A full weather mod is no easy task, But we're now one step closer.

With the new TIDE WEATHER UPDATE

This update introduces a new option that is enabled by default. Whenever a tide passes the fog will randomize color and density (Fully customizable, Have as many colors as you want, and randomly set a density between a min and max)

THIS MOD WILL MAKE YOU FEAR THE TIDE...

So i'm not sure what sleep is anymore and i'm pretty sure i had a stroke programming this, Anywho.

Was the Tide also kinda lackluster boring for a lot of you too? Yeah, I hear ya, Well now you can die miserably if you take too long.

I present to you TIDE ESCALATION!

This mod adds much needed depth to the Tide system. With each passing Tide, the Radius fights you more, And will become more and more dangerous as more Tides pass. Each time a tide passes Enemy have a increasing chance to grow in numbers, And recieve a percentage increase to their health and senses.

Anomalies are also affect, Dealing more and more damage as tides pass. Everything hurts more, as time goes on.

This should really scratch that itch of "I've got all this insane gear and nothing to challenge me"

So stock up those grenades... by 50% things are gonna get interesting.

Much like all my mods, it's fully customizable. (More detail on mod page)

I MADE A MOD TO FIX SMOKING!

This mod adds in a new mechanic behind smoking to give you a reason to puff puff pass.

So, By default smoking does nothing at all. In the files it SAYS it restores hunger, but doesn't actually. I fixed that.

Smoking now restores hunger, 3 full puff and exhales will grant you as much hunger as a cracker. The system is smart and resets on a new cig so there's no overlap.

Finally the system is fully customizable like all my mods, Letting you choose how many puffs required to receive nutrition as well as the amount restored.

Better Smokes Mod

UPDATED TO 1.1:  Added option to set how much health is restored if any, and added vortex support.

I'm a huge Contractors fan, (Not so much these days...) and I LOVE the sliding in that game, and I love having a slide in VR games, it's just too fun.

So I present to you! "Sprint To Slide"!!

The first mod for ITR2 that gives you a very polished and fully customizable sliding mechanic. The mod page contains oodles of information and instructions on how to customize the mod to your liking, Although I do recommend trying it out default first, if for nothing more than to get a baseline to start editing your perfect slide. Lets see the movement demons come out.
