So how do these interviews work? Feel like there’s mixed reviews online. Big corporations stick to behaviour based interviews and follow ups based on an answer given. Is it true hiring managers here just throw random things at you? Is there no order? I would think Pahmer Luckey being as young and chill as he gives off wouldn’t want his own American people dealing with that as a customer experience. There is no regulatory practice like bigger companies where there are set questions to ask and then you listen and ask follow up. I read through a lot of forms on Reddit, that hiring managers are unpredictable here…? That they only hire military people? I was thinking about applying but this makes me a bit nervous. Any advice here from people who went through the interview experience? Thank you for your time!
