What kind of pest is this and what can I do?

What kind of pest is this and what can I do?

I recently visited my mother's place and noticed her Euphorbia Trigona is infested with these white spots. I thought they were mealy bugs but they are hard and sort of incrusted on the surface. I tried 70% alcohol spot treatment and the reaction was nothing like with mealy bugs. They come off kind like a crust would. Any ideas of what it is and how it could be treated?

Aloe Juvenna cuttings are dry

These two cuttings were gifted to me, which I let callous for a few days before putting them in soil. It's been two weeks since I planted them and they stay in bright shade. It does feel like they're both rooted as I feel resistance when I pull them lightly. I watered them as soon as they felt rooted. Will these recover?

Rescued grandfather's Jade plant

Hello, all! Recently I've been helping my grandfather with his plants, especially the succulents. I noticed the Jade plant was in dire need of help, so I moved it to a sunnier spot and pruned it. The pictures show the progress of two weeks and a half since pruning.
