Any tips to find lost goats? We recently got two - each about four months old. They are still sort of timid but coming around to us. They escaped their pen somehow.
Are they likely to stick in the area? We’ve left the barn open with their food available in hopes that they will return.
Hello! We are getting our first two goats in July (as pets). We live on a farm - dairy and beef (as well as grain) but I want to make sure that we are feeding correctly as I am familiar with cows but not so much goats.
They will have access to a small pasture and we have a steady supply of hay and clean water - but are there other supplements or rations that should be fed to pets to keep them healthy? I see a lot about dairy/meat goats but wasn’t sure about the pets. Thank you!
