i work night shift and since everyones generators already going i was just wondering if id be a nuisance lol

years ago this wasnt even a thing. correct me if im wrong, but charging for credit card fees became popular around the time of covid for small businesses, mainly, so they didnt have to eat the costs of fees. why should a government building like the bmv charge a 3.99% fee? walmart doesnt do this. my local grocery store doesnt do this. the only places that really actually do this are small businesses. the least they could do is put a free ATM inside.

and btw i usually carry cash as well. i was carrying cash i just didnt have enough.

im young and id like to travel one day and be able to communicate with people. i took spanish in high school and i enjoyed it. i regret i didnt learn more spanish when i had the chance. im interested in learning more spanish, korean, and japanese culture. any recommendations?
