Been wanting to learn bagpipes for a long time and finally got around to purchasing a practice chanter. I’ve heard that although books and online lessons can be helpful it’s imperative to have an instructor. Been searching around and can’t find any near me, can anyone offer some insight? Based out of Tri-Cities, WA USA.

Wondering if anybody has recently got in or is currently waiting for a position into 112. Recieved a 95.67% on the interview a few weeks ago and am wondering if I didn’t make the cut or they’re just waiting to pull a big enough class.
