Process steps clarity

Hello everyone,
I would like to give some context before getting to my questions:
My fiance (US citizen) and I (EU citizen) are planning to get married around mid September. He would need to renew his passport this week, so we have to wait with the submission of our application until (worst case scenario) 6th of July. We would try to do things ourselves, because we are trying to save up for our future together, but since I’m an anxious person, I worry about getting the application right. We would need to find a spot for Copenhagen or nearby places, because of transportation reasons.

Questions:

1: If we submit our application in the middle of July, can we plan for 11.09 as a date in Copenhagen (or maybe close-by townhalls)

2:How do we ask for additional copies of the marriage certificate prior to the wedding ceremony (we will need at least 3 copies, then have them apostilled ourselves)

3:How many guests can we have with us?

4: For EU citizen, would the ID card be a better option (or is passport a safer option?)

5: For the proof that we have not been married before, can we write a declaration personally? Would it need to be notarized?

6: How to scan all the documents needed so that they will be accepted?

7:What does Declaration of Truth mean exactly? As in, do we receive a form that we can fill out during the application process?

8: Which town-halls accept same day document preparation? Or do you know until what hour this can be done on the day prior to the ceremony?

9: Are there town-halls near Copenhagen (airport) that you know of and had a good experience with? I am racking my brain on what to plan for town-hall wise.

Thank you so so much in advance! Every bit of information helps and is very appreciated🩵🩵

Advice on agency selection

Hello everyone,

My partner and I are planning on getting married in the middle of September and we’re in the process of gathering all the documents we’ll need.
Because after the wedding we would need 3 official copies of the marriage certificate so that we can get them apostilled and also might need advice on townhalls/overall location benefits, we are thinking that maybe working with an agency would be best.
What do you think, which agency is the best/most reliable (while also not being exaggeratedly expensive)? Or has anyone else been in this situation (needing more copies of the marriage certificate than usually provided, then getting them apostilled personally) and has some advice?

Thanks to everyone in advance 🤗
