Is this Japanese Lugia Neo Genesis #249 worth buying ungraded for $200
Sold my vintage collection of English and Japanese first edition holos and basic cards in 2012 that my older cousin gave me when I was younger at a garage sale to downsize before moving with my parents and regretted it after, with all the big hype on Pokemon Is this japenese lugia neo genisis #249 worth buying for $200 ungraded? Condition looks good to me besides little scratches on top loader. I was thinking of asking $160. Or should I just save my money and keep searching.
