We got a cash offer and accepted, they put the closing date 1 week after the signing. The buyer has done an inspection the day we signed but they didn’t pay option fee or earnest money yet, the deadline was yesterday. Section 5.D of the contact says that Buyer forfeits their right to terminate the contract if payment is not delivered in a timely manner.

What happens if they don’t show up on closing day? Do we have any legal footing to pursue this?
