Need to lose 10kgs(22lbs).Need advice
So, I (18F) am obese. My height is 150 cm, and I weigh 75 kg (165 lbs). I have already consulted several doctors, and all of them have advised me to exercise, which I am doing. I play badminton every day and also go on long walks.
I was lean as a child, but as I grew up, I faced a few issues. I got my first period when I was 11. My parents didn't tell anyone, and I was too embarrassed to tell anyone either. My breasts were very large for my age. When I was 14, my aunt, who was lactating at the time, told me that my breasts were bigger than hers and that I would face a lot of problems in the future.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I became very self-conscious about my large breasts, so I started hunching while I walked. My parents noticed, but no one stopped me. I also started eating a lot. I was under the impression that if my stomach became bigger, my breasts would no longer be the center of attention. I soon began binge eating.
I currently live in a hostel, and I can't control what I eat because most of the food they serve is unhealthy. I also stopped eating meat and drinking milk when I was 9. Due to vitamin deficiencies, several doctors advised me to take supplements, and I now eat two eggs per week. It's not that I hate non-vegetarian food now, but after avoiding it for so long, I feel nauseated even by its smell.
I need some advice and guidance.
I know I need to exercise more, and I am trying, but I am afraid that if I lose weight, my breasts will become the center of attention again. I have also gained a lot of fat around my buttocks.
The doctor said she might consider me for liposuction if I lose 10 kg and my breast size still doesn't decrease.
