We signed a CPCV for an off-plan apartment in the Alive Riverside development in Vila Nova de Gaia, built by Noble Faces, S.A. (part of the Fortera Group).

As many of you probably know, construction has been completely stalled, and following the recent heavy developments regarding the Operação Babel trial , we are trying to figure out next steps.

Given the severe legal and financial risks surrounding the developer right now, we are looking to connect with other promissory buyers who are in the same boat.

The goal is strictly informal to start:

• Share updates on what the developer's legal team is saying (if anything).
• Compare notes on options (termination, deposit recovery, out-of-court settlements).
• Possibly coordinate or share insights regarding local legal representation familiar with the situation.
