Payout issue due to POA verification fail
**Anyone else stuck in Tradeify's Sumsub proof-of-address loop?**
India-based, Select 50K funded (Daily payouts).
KYC triggered when I requested my first payout. ID and liveness both passed. Proof of address rejected 5 times across Aadhaar, driving licence, SBI bank statement PDF, and a current postpaid mobile bill. Error went from "not older than 3 months" to "must be an accepted type" — so I think it's the document type, but it never says which types are accepted.
First payout did get approved and landed in Rise fine, so they do pay. But the verification screen now blocks the Tradeify dashboard entirely — I can't get in to request my next payout, and I've got around $1,150 available above the buffer.
Two questions:
- Which POA document actually worked for you with Tradeify's Sumsub check?
- Has the verification screen ever locked you out of the dashboard, and how did support fix it?
