Key aspects that make me cautious is she listed it as calfskin and the handle braiding appears to be rope but it may have just been restored?

Hey guys could someone please help me identify if this is fake :)

Please note this is the listing:

originally grey but has been dyed to black which has subtle purple tint
one of the handles is broken bc one of the rivets fell off (you can purchase rivets online for cheap to replace it)
see pics for further details on the condition leather, interior, and hardware generally still in great condition **lost the mirror
