Sometimes it feels like KP got raised to be a WAG
I know most people here don't like her, I don't hate her but don't really like her either. But whenever anyone talks about her being raised in a "racing family" (a family where the men raced, I don't think any woman in her family has competed in motorsport) and how that makes her such a good partner for a driver, I find it very weird and sad. Like the only thing people think she has to offer anybody is the men in her life and their achievements.
From the way she talks about it I get the impression being a WAG was presented to her from a young age as the biggest thing she could possibly get herself. You can say other WAGs also make it their personality but it feels like she has done less and less with her life after becoming a WAG. Like any attempt at any career went away to pursue being a F1 driver's girlfriend.
I just get the impression her family really wanted one of the daughters to date an F1 driver. Specially considering Jr.'s F1 career was a bust maybe they saw it as a way of staying relevant in the sport.
