Every social media poster doesn't make sales lol.

One of my client after the International Labour Day said something that doesn't make sense to me

We have done a creative poster for International Labour Day for them. The creative poster is really relatable for their service, and looking good, but they found out a huge problem after a few days, that on the creative we have done, their phone, email, and other usual footer things are missing, what if our customer struggles to call.

I'm just like; bruh, it's not a meta ads sales poster, it's a special day wishing type of poster that we have to maintain a brand presence in social media and build a connection to our customers by sending this to them ourselves, and there is no intention to convert a "target audience." If we have a plan for that, we are happy to make a campaign that really communicates with your targeted audience. Why didn't you tell us about that?

Then he has no words, just a silence of realisation about something that no one told him before.

I told him, brother if our customers really need our product/service, they will search for us, they notice our logo, they scroll on our profile, they search on Google or other platforms to find out the contact number. We already built that pathway on our website and have a strong online presence, so there is no need to put the cliche footer in every poster.

And I can feel that silence again.

Are you thinking the special day wishing poster really needs a phone number, email address.
