why Korean Game Presenters are paid significantly more than others?
I work as a filipino Game Presenter in the iGaming industry in europe, but I have noticed that some Korean colleagues seem to earn more than we do. This makes me feel that the company is so racist.
But we have no choice but to work at this company because it is difficult for Filipino workers to obtain work visas abroad. The cost of living in this country is also very high, so I am wondering whether it would be a good idea to ask Korean colleagues for financial help or borrow money from them.
At the same time, I feel disappointed because I hoped my korean colleagues would help us financially as they earn more than us but they do not seem to care much about our situation. For example, they tried to hide their exact salary from us, which is so disappointing.
