Fitness imbalance
I see to go in phases. For awhile, I'm able to push myself in cardio to challenge my lungs. Several times a year, I'll have a period where my legs are so heavy, I can't turn them over enough to tax my cardio.
It's frustrating as I feel like I'm not making any progress.
Anyone else have these types of issues? If so, any solutions? I'm terribly frustrated.
Btw, I'm 5 months post op of quad bypass.
