Going to the gym

I’m 16F and I finally started ha recovery and I’m started to work my way up calorie wise. However I need to go the gym for mental health reasons and it prevents me from spiralling. However do I approach the gym in a way that won’t affect the ha recovery process?

Feeling overwhelmed

I feel so overwhelmed.Im 16F and haven’t had a period since December 2025.To be honest ive been just ignoring it because addressing it is stressing me out.I gave myself a million excuses like oh ill focus on it after my exams are over and blah blah.Bug I really don’t want to gain any weight or unnecessary weight.Ive lost a lot of weight and feel comfortable I my body and I don’t wanna lose that.Hut I just want my period back and I hone don’t know what to do.

Do I have to eat in a surplus?

Well I haven’t had a period since early December and I fully recognise this is an issue I need to solve I just do not at all feel comfortable about eating in a surplus and I wonder if it’s even necessary. Is it possible to get my period back just eating maintenance calories.I never had a eating disorder or anything I think I lost it because I did intense cardio and ate too little I stopped exercising a while back but I’ve not really made much difference with my eating.
