My remote work is getting ruined by brainfog, how do you actually get back your focus?
From the age of 16, I've been working non stop but this switch to fully remote work has broken my focus completely. I'm at the age of 24 now and my mind feels exhausted like running on low battery every other afternoon, my mind freezes up. I just sit behind the screen, staring at it, doing nothing, and doomscrolling. At the same time, feeling guilty of not being productive and trying to push myself through my willpower. And to make it worse, there's some family stress as well, which makes me pretty anxious. I'm trying things to get away from this to disconnect and reset my system. I joined pilates, then pottery classes and even cut off caffeine after noon, but nothing is working for me. Drinking multiple espresso makes my heart race and gives anxiety during the calls. What do you do to clear up during the afternoon at WFH that helps defog the brain.
