Would contacting Ethics be considered retaliation?
Lost my job recently because my coworkers got pissed off at me and mass reported me. One associate shared private messages that went against code of conduct but I have several messages from that same associate breaking conduct along with me. Would you guys recommend bringing this to ethics or would it be seen as retaliation?
