broke in the new Pit Boss Savannah

The 1st cook on the new grill. 12lb brisket from Winco.

225° for the first 8 hours, bumped it to 275° until internal was 190-193ish then in a turkey roaster overnight at 155.

I started the cook at 9am and cut into it 25 hours later.

My 1st brisket made some good chili, this one is just damn good.
