What is this growing on my parents tree? It’s the first year we’ve noticed it, and they’ve lived there for almost 20 years. My dad is wanting to cut them off, and has already started doing so.
UPDATE: thanks all for commenting. I’ve come to the conclusion that these are mason bees and aren’t causing any hassle, so I’ll just leave them bee (pun intended). Thanks for advice, and for vent naming correction!
Wasps keep buzzing in and out of the vents above my windows. You can see a wee guy popping in to one there.
Is this something to be worried about? There is zero inclination of wasp activity within my home, so they’re not causing much bother. Just wondering if this happens to other folk.
