Guys is the JLEC interview mandatory because both times ive tried doing it the AI avatar introduced the interview and then didnt ask me any questions. I was muted as well so I couldn't respond to anything. I just left after a few minutes of waiting in silence (probably should've waited longer honestly). The tech team hasn't responded to my ticket. Does this mean I wont be able to win anything/get shortlisted if I dont do the interview properly??
