I have a problem with my mobile data in which I decided to contact VOXI. This agent shows up and asks me the typical questions. I answer then he just says I can recommend you this packet that costs x amount, it has 5G capability and this much GB. I said my current plan already beats that you want me to downgrade to fix my problem. I asked if they are unable to help then I get this message 😆
Small retail business here, luxury stuff, lots of repeat clients.
The problem: remembering everything about them. What they bought, what they like, who hasn’t been in for months, whose order’s ready. Right now it’s spread across WhatsApp, a couple spreadsheets, and whatever the staff happen to remember. Someone leaves and half of it walks out with them.
So how do you handle it? Proper system or just notes and memory? Every CRM I’ve looked at is built for big teams and feels like way too much for a shop our size.
