In the H3 sub they have posted a default judgment relating to the case against Frogan. I'm trying to figure out what the implications are here, nothing about it on this side of things yet.

Didn't she raise money? Was it really failure to respond that cause the judgment? She really seemed to be invested in at least fighting back so I'm wondering what the deal is. Any insight would be appreciated
