Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This fatigue is soul crushing.

I’ll keep it short

I’ve been dealing with extreme fatigue for years and finally got a sleep study.

Pictured are my results from my in-lab sleep study.

I barely slept, but my sleep doc said they had enough data for diagnosis.

Was prescribed CPAP (airsense 11) and I used it regularly for 3 months, but had no relief in symptoms.

Went back to sleep doctor, and they told me that there’s no more they can do to help address my fatigue.

I guess my question is, does anyone have any advice on what I should do moving forward? I’ve heard people with high RDI can use a BiPAP, but my doctor refuses to even entertain the idea. Says it’s would not help. I also brought up UARS, but my doctor does not think that’s an issue based on my test results.

I’m also concerned about how little sleep I got at my sleep study. Do you think trying for a second sleep study would be worth it?
