is the date same for everyone i.e 24th AUG?? just got the mail!!

Hey, hearing a lot of noises saying expected date is Aug end while some say Sep 1st week!?? anyone here has any idea bout the date?? also what are the chance the date will clash with ibps so it prelims(29th aug saturday)??? the date clashing got me panicked af
