Man-Spider in Spider-Man: Brand New Day would basically be Peter losing control of his powers. Instead of the normal Spider-Man, he starts turning more creature-like—faster, more aggressive, and running on instinct instead of thinking.

It’s not just physical either, he’s slowly losing himself, which would fit perfectly after Spider-Man: No Way Home since he’s completely alone now. Even a partial transformation would be a really dark twist.
