It's my first time going for long drive in my new baleno delta variant which is recently....so Iam all open to hear all your tips guys.
Trying to retrieve a project backup/archive and I keep getting hit with "access denied by the system" partway through. Not sure if it's a permissions thing, antivirus interfering, or something with the archive file itself.
Anyone run into this before? What ended up fixing it for you?
Trying to install an HSP (hardware support package) for TIA Portal V20 and it just aborts partway through with an error. Anyone run into this before?
There's always some underused function, trick, or setting that saves a ton of time once you find it, but most people never stumble onto it. What's yours? Could be a TIA Portal or Step7 shortcut, a diagnostic tool, a library block, whatever drop your hidden gem.
If you're still on V19/V20 . Is it worth migrating now, or waiting for the first service pack? And if you've already switched, how's it been?

I’m learning OPC UA using SIMATIC WinCC V8.1, but I’m facing an issue where the OPC UA Server service is not starting and shows “Paused” in Windows Services.
I checked the Wincc runtime is running and I have installed the licence for it and certificate for it.

I'm using an MTP1200 Unified Basic Panel with TIA Portal V21.
I created new users in Security Settings > Users, assigned roles and permissions, compiled the project without errors, and downloaded it to the panel.

However, after the download, I'm unable to log in with the newly created users. The panel either reports invalid credentials or does not recognize the users.
I am facing an issue where PLC to HMI communication is not working in a Siemens Unified Basic HMI setup. PLC is in RUN mode Ethernet connection is OK IP address and subnet are configured correctly HMI is not showing live data. What may be the problem for the communication issue. Thanks in advance.
