Censorship in Manga (and Light Novels) has been a longstanding issue in the English market, from redraws of Dragonball and Pokemon to the infamous Seven Seas light novel debacle. For a while though it seemed like things were trending away from such practices, but with Udon redrawing Summertime Rendering and the discovery that Seven Seas has been releasing an extra censored version of Kobayashi Dragon Maid, it is clear that the "bad old days" never really went away and censorship of English Manga releases remains alive and well. As such I was wondering if there were any tools or databases to track which works received artistically altered English releases, as I feel that is an important thing to know when looking to collect a given manga.

Just as a heads up the physical English release of Volume 12 of the Kobayashi Dragon Maid Manga (as well as potentially the Spanish version) features censorship beyond what is found in the Magazine version of the Japanese source material.

Seven Seas has been caught censoring works for their English releases before, but as this issue appears to affect multiple languages of releases the origin of censorship is at this time unclear.

The censorship relative to the Japanese manga release includes several instances of removing nipples, as well as an incredibly bizarre decision to add very obvious censorship to the crotch of Elma in the bath scene, which for the record doesn't actually show anything in the Japanese version either.

It is unclear at this time whether all foreign releases are censored, or just the English and potentially Spanish versions, but the censorship likely applies to volumes beyond volume 12, and I will try to get a full list of affected volumes once available.
