I napped today and travelled again. Seems to be a regular occurrence in my life now with 3 successful attempts in 10 days and only 4 naps!

I’m sure this has been discussed previously but has anyone attempted to film their experience? I mean to see changes in the body.. movements etc? I feel like I’m moving a lot when traveling and want to see if my physical body is impacted at all.

I imagine the realm may not allow this?

I fell asleep this afternoon and felt my body vibrate and get heavy. Followed by my ankles being pulled (happens every time) but this time I then felt my spirit body slide off my bed starting with my head and shoulders and fall onto the floor. What came to mind was like a baby being born and entering the world for the first time. Whilst this was happening I could hear a spirit/male speaking to me but couldn’t make out the words. I think it was another language…? I then spiralled so fast up into space - the most euphoric feeling I’ve ever felt and then spiralled back down into my bed where I gently laid down and awoke. I tried to do it again but was too awake with wonderment! My question is.. is falling into the ground like this a thing with astral travel/OBE? Have any of you experienced another language in this realm? and is it normal to feel sexually aroused during and after these experiences? 😅

I have astral travelled many times throughout my life where I leave my body and view myself from above etc.. but recently something different is happening and I need advice on what it could be and if I need to clear energy etc.

Over the past six months I have been in between sleep and can feel my spirit body leaving my physical body and as this happens, a spirit/entity/something grabs my ankles and pulls me down my bed fast and with force. The fear from this wakes me up.

Yesterday this happened, I awoke and felt brave enough to move back into the space again only this time I felt two large hands (masculine) on my skull and face. I felt three compressions and with each one I became emotional.. like some kind of release.

I did not feel threatened by this experience, in fact I thought it may have been some healing as I have suffered with chronic daily migraine for over six years.

Anyone else here experienced anything similar or have any ideas as to what I have been experiencing?
