New Dentist :(

I graduated dental school in May, working for a month and struggling significantly. Crowns are off, rescanning, left caries behind that I caught before delivery and now questioning all my BUs and fillings. Using a different matrix system than I am used to and making bad inter-proximal contacts for my class II’s. Feeling inadequate and like I’m doing it all wrong with even just the basics. Didn’t have these problems in school and felt confident. Oh and of course I’m slow and not given enough time to complete procedures by front desk when I have tried to explain it will take me much longer than the other doc who has been working for 30 years. I know I need to get better/improve and am really really trying but my mess ups are significantly affecting me and losing sleep over it. Anyone else feel the same?

Invisalign

I have not yet worked on an invisalign case. Currently undergoing training now and luckily have a mentor who does straight forward Invisalign cases as a general dentist who will be monitoring all Clinchecks.

My main concern is the limitations of Invisalign and patient expectations. For those who have experience what success have you seen in correcting open bite, deep bite, etc? I want to be very transparent to patients and set expectations from the beginning.
