Just curious if anyone has gone through the hiring process for a GovTech Software Engineer role recently and could share their experience.
A few questions I had:
-What’s the typical timeline from the final interview to receiving an offer (or rejection)?
-Does GovTech usually hire multiple Software Engineers from a single job posting, or is each posting typically for just one position?
-If there are multiple vacancies, do they usually wait until all candidates have completed their interviews before making offers?
-Roughly how long did the entire process take, from application to the final outcome?
